
In this physically active and highly engaging 3-week course for all abilities and skill levels, we will discover how sport and the many facets of fitness are functionally co-dependent. Components of each class will underscore theory, concepts and ideas around how improving the execution of our innate strength and conditioning systems, along with using a variety of approaches to doing so, will lead to increased enjoyment and performance in any athletic pursuit.
