Home Economics: Culinary Arts Gr 6/7/8

Do you enjoy cooking or have a passion for food? Do you want to learn basic culinary skills and develop your knowledge about the science behind food? Then this course is for you! We will start by defining the basics of food, culinary skills, baking, recipe following, food science and much more! There will be many opportunities to learn about the culinary food landscape here in Canada. Learn about food through culture, industry, and media. Come join us for food fun and imagination!
