Learning Inclusion Support Worker program application fee

To apply for the Learning Inclusion Support Worker Certificate Program you will need to pay this application fee and then submit your application. Following your application fee payment, you will receive an email with subject: "Learner Electronic Textbooks and Fees Distribution" that will contain a link to the submission directions.

Please carefully read the submission directions you receive once your application fee is paid, as it will outline required resume and reference letter content. 

This fee is non-refundable.

All applications will be reviewed. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview. Successful applicants will be invited to register.

Full-time 6-month programs start in June and November. 
Part-time 11.5-month program starts in April. 

Please note: Expect homework outside of class hours. The 6-Month program is delivered in an intensive format in order to cover all material in a short time frame. Consider your availability outside of scheduled time when deciding which format to take.

Prerequisites are listed at the bottom of the LISW Certificate information page. To complete this application you will need the following in the format outlined in the submission directions:

1. Resume (ensure it indicates your work/volunteer experience with school aged children in Canada, including the number of hours accumulated)
2. 2 reference letters (preferably related to your experience working or volunteering with school aged children.
3. A scan of your grade 12 transcript
4. Proof of English language proficiency equivalent to C+ minimum in Grade 12 English
