Certificate Series:Computerized Accounting Diploma (Winter 2027)
COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING DIPLOMA PROGRAM (CA)
This program is designed to provide students with a thorough working knowledge of fundamental accounting procedures. Upon program completed, students will have developed the skills necessary to maintain manual or computerized accounting records for a business. The purpose of the program is to prepare students to be successful in the field of accounting by teaching personal & professional skills. The program offers workplace relevant courses in accounting, payroll, business, and accounting-related computer software applications.

Prerequisites:
                Grade 12 or related experience & training
                Basic knowledge of computers
                Basic keyboarding
                Grade 10 English or Foundations English 7 or equivalent.              
Course Requirements:
                90% attendance
                70% grade average
                Successfully complete Computerized Accounting Diploma courses & requirements
                Complete a current Criminal Record Check as required by practicum hosts
Basic supplies will be the student’s responsibility. (Binders, tabs, pens, pencils, USB drive etc.)
