**Funding eligibility for adult students is dependent upon their own status and residency.
Policies:
International Students
International students fall into two categories: International Non-Funded and International Funded.
International Non-Funded students are those whose parents do not have BC residency status. Students in Grade K-8 must pay international fees. Students in Grade 9-12 should visit the International Education Summer Program website for information.
International Funded students have parents who meet BC residency requirements, including Refugee, Work Permit (valid for at least 1 year and is currently working), Study Permit (valid for at least 1 year and is currently studying at an approved post-secondary institute), and have BC Residency documentation. These students are able to take any summer course tuition-free.

Tuition Free
All students who meet the following criteria are tuition free:
- are under 19 years of age as of July 1
- parents are Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or have a Work Permit (valid for at least 1 year and is currently working), a Study Permit (valid for at least 1 year and is currently studying at an approved post-secondary institute) and has BC residency.
Academic Integrity Policy
Educational achievement should reflect an individual student’s honestly acquired skill, knowledge and ability. PDF
Code of Conduct
A safe and respectful learning environment is essential. Vaping or possession of vaping products in school buildings or on school property is strictly prohibited. Students who violate the Code of Conduct will be removed from the Summer Learning program and may face further disciplinary or legal consequences. Read
Email Distribution List
All registrations include the parent email address being added to our Summer Learning email distribution list. This enables parents to receive important updates and information, including forms, for the upcoming program. It also ensures parents will receive an email the following year inviting them to receive program information. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time.
